NOREXECO publishes post-trade transparency data for commodity contracts by end of T+1, in line with MiFIR waiver conditions.

T+1 publication

Trade reports are published on this page by the end of the business day following execution.

Illiquid waiver

NOREXECO products are considered illiquid for MiFIR pre- and post-trade transparency purposes.

MiFIR post-trade transparency

Under MiFIR, trading venues must publish post-trade transparency data for executed transactions. NOREXECO has been granted waivers for pre-trade transparency under MIFIR Article 9(1)(c) and for post-trade transparency under MIFIR Article 11(1), reflecting the illiquid nature of NOREXECO commodity contracts.
